Discounts
All Discounted Registrations are to be paid through offline only. Any discounts offered by ConferenceSeries (including team discounts) must also require payment through offline process. Discounted Registrations once paid through online will be refunded only after the completion of the conference in a time period of 30-45 days with $150 handling fee.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Transportation
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained from ConferenceSeries Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The ConferenceSeries is an objective third-party nonprofit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact astronomy@expertsgathering.net to request a personalized letter of invitation.
Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to astronomy@expertsgathering.net. If ConferenceSeries cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another ConferenceSeries event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
If ConferenceSeries postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on one of the rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another ConferenceSeries event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
ConferenceSeries is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to circumstances beyond ConferenceSeries reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, and natural disaster, ConferenceSeries cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Due to any unavoidable circumstances if there is a change in venue of the conference, all the registered participants will be intimated immediately regarding the change.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to astronomy@expertsgathering.net. Details must include the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Before 90 days of the conference: 50% refund
- Within 90 days of the conference: No refund
Visa Information
Visas should be applied as early as possible and well in advance of the conference. According to the National Academy of Sciences International Visitors Office, "due to increased security measures, many applicants must now appear for a personal interview at the U.S. consulate. Applicants should take this into consideration and start the process as early as possible since some consulates may have long waiting times for interviews (several weeks to a month). Scientists and students will most likely experience delays due to a security review process known as Visa Mantis". So kindly apply for the visa within reasonable time (minimum three months ahead of the planned travel).
The organisers will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications:Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of ConferenceSeries, including the inability to obtain a visa.
